![]() ![]() Yes! That would be great - obnoxiousblue requested a vector conversion above. ![]() 2.0L L-Jet CS & 091 trans conversionĭoes anyone want a vector of that font? I can have that done pretty easily. Now lets get one of these guys to 'vector' this thing, and we're in business Im not totally thrilled, on a 1-10 this is a 6. At work, we use these plates with contrasting color so partial depth cuts (like for nameplates) is able to stand out a bit. ![]() Also, a production quality badge would be solid color throughout. It would be worth my time to get the right plastic and a straight cut bit (instead of the bevel bit I used here) so the finished product could be made without the bevel. If someone were able to make vector images of each letter, WITH the strike through incorporated in I could EASILY make these MUCH cleaner. So, I had to convert the file which inherently made it messy. Problem there is that I was left with a jpg and my machine needed a. To do this, I used my photo editor and added the line in. ![]() Problem with these is that I had to add in the "strike through" so that each letter is connected to the next. The edges are sloppy, and the plastic I have in stock isn't the right color or finish. I really, just wanted to see if these could even REMOTELY resemble something I would want to put on my bus. I spent ZERO time cleaning up the edges like I would if I were cutting something out for work. I put the font into my machine and popped out a couple LOOSE cuts. Otherwise, my machine will just punch out individual letters. Ideally, the font would include the "bar" as a part of each letter so that when you type out a word the right margin of each letter connects with the left margin of the next letter. It would be painstaking and time consuming to have to edit each file adding in the line to connect them so that I could cut them in plastic. On the late model "Wolfsburg Regular" font that Jeff posted, no letters have the "line" that runs horizontally to connect each letter like is seen here: On the VWt2 font, the underline doesnt connect from letter to letter so it shows white space between each letter. The underline and strikethrough that connect the letters. However it, like the late model font both have the same issue. Stop dead photo links! Post your photos to The Samba Gallery!
